When you initially get to Neos, you can find the following items:
16 Gold Coins, 80 Gold Coins, Chimaera Wing, Gold Rosary, Holy Water, Moonwort
Bulb, Scholar's Specs, Seed of Magic, Seed of Skill and Spicy Cheese. Once the
Black Citadel is absorbed by Rhapthorne, these items are no longer found at Neos
for free. But once Neos is devastated ALL items found in the Black Citadel, With
the sole exception of the Map of Black Citadel, can be found in Neos IF you did
NOT receive them in the Black Citadel.
